Your budget is way more than you need for a 32″ set. You could do a 42″ set with ease with that budget. Just an FYI. LED is just a form of LCD. LED LCD simply means the typical CCFL light source is swapped out for LEDs. They allow LCD TVs to producer truer blacks, deeper contrast, and more vivid colors (approaching Plasma levels). That’s all an LED serves. It doesn’t make game play in gaming better, it might just look nicer. LCDs, all types, suffer from motion blur (think lag) issues. The issue is more of a problem in larger sets (40″ and up, but more so 50″ and up). In smaller sets its not nearly as big of an issue, at least for most people. But to help combat the issue, manufacturers have made 120Hz and 240Hz sets. And for your case, some manufacturers have something called “Game Mode” for the TVs.
