WHO DESERVES A NOBEL PEACE PRIZE?

For the first time Americans find themselves in a position the rest of the world population always occupies. Usually, Americans determine who is going to be the most powerful person in the world. This time, five Europeans have decided that this most powerful man is also the most peaceful. Much to the chagrin of many Americans who would like to have waited with accolades till there are more tangible results. However, this is not one of the requirements.
