What is a loyalty maximum?
The amount you can claim each year on your extras cover under your membership. With most extras services, you receive an annual maximum, which is the available benefit limit for all persons covered under the membership. For some extras services, after you have had extras cover for 12 months, your annual maximum will automatically increase each year until it’s double the amount when you joined.
