What the Heck are MOINK Balls?
They are quite simple. You take a pre-cooked all-beef meatball (that’s the “Moo”) and wrap it with half a strip of bacon (the “OINK”), fasten with a toothpick (or put several on a skewer), season it with your favorite BBQ rub, and smoke it for a couple of hours. Top it off with a Raspberry Chipolte glaze, and you have the delicious appetizer of “MOINK Balls”. “Moo” plus “Oink” equals “MOINK”.
