Well you should keep lunging her whilst your on her then at least some one has control over the horse and you can work on getting her to move , perhaps ask the person to move the lunge whip towards her making her walk on. Horses when first broken in listen to your voice more than anything. Using both voice and aids will be more clear to the horse than just aids alone. Maybe get her sent of to be finished of as it seems to me you don’t know much about breaking in and if you do it wrong it will teach the horse bad habits. Never give up either and certainly never get of her this just shows she has won and she will just keep still as she knows this is when you get of and she gets out of work. Even if you are there for half an hour to an hour don’t give in , unless you get her to at least walk a lap either just one way or both so that at least she has done something and you can finish on a good note.
