Schools SHOULD have dress codes. Actually, I’m in favor of uniforms. School is an educational insitution, not a fashion catwalk. If you cut down on all the fuss about who’s wearing what and alienating people with style, a lot more learning can be done.

Sometimes schools do need a dress code becasuse kids like to show off their nice things and that could really bring down someones self esteem if they are not as financially privelegded. And people would be catergorized into cliques and groups and then bullies come about.
