What rights or permissions are required?
Solution: Teachers need full rights, equivalent to everything except Supervisor and Access Control, to the entire KCA directory. If students save to other than Subdirectory, teachers also need these rights to the students home directories. Students if saving to a. Subdirectory – students need full rights (equivalent to everything except Supervisory and Access Control) to the Classes subdirectory of KCA and the word processor directory. b. Advanced Data Storage students need full rights as above to Classes subdirectory of KCA on the network and the KCADATA folder in their home directory. c. High Security Mode students need full rights to KCADATA in their home directory and Read permissions to the Classes subdirectory of KCA. NOTE: If saving to High Security Mode or Advanced, as an extra security measure, the KCA\Classes subdirectory can be set to hidden.
