What is strategy management?
Strategy Management is a rigorous process designed to guide an organization s management team in their desire to develop and attain a winning strategy. The Planning Team is provided with a list of probing questions to guide them in their research of existing conditions and future trends in 21 categories. The results of this research are presented by individual members of the team at the beginning of the planning event and it becomes the foundation of the planning activity.
