Upload your digital image to the desktop or scan in your photographic print. Open Photoshop CS3 and open your photograph. Choose “Layer” from the Menu bar and “Duplicate Layer” from the drop-down menu.Find an area that you want to retouch. Locate an area close to it that does not have imperfections. Click on the “Brush” icon located in the “Toolbox” palette. Click on the “Brush Styles” box located on the horizontal options bar. Choose “Soft Round 100.” Move the “Master Diameter” slider to “14.”Click on the “Healing Brush” icon in the “Toolbox” palette. Hit “Option” or “Alt” and hold it down while you click on the clean area adjacent to the area you want to fix. Release the “Option” or “Alt” key and release the mouse. Move the mouse on top of the area you want to retouch and click.
