Who can train to become and NMP?
• If you are registered with the RPSGB, NMC, HPC or GOC and have three years post-registration experience • If you can clearly demonstrate that you are able to study at degree level • If you have identified a designated medical practitioner as your mentor • If you have identified your Non-Medical Prescribing Lead • If you can clearly demonstrate how and where you will use your qualification once qualified • If you have identified how you will be funded • If you have identified how you will be supported • If you can ensure that local policies and strategies are in place to support and develop your prescribing role …then you can apply!
