Palm PR has a powerful database which can handle contemporarily 2 different archives: Black and White. The Black list Archive can be useful when Operator needs to be alerted if the plate is found in the archive. The White list Archive alerts Operator if the plate is not present in the archive itself (useful for restricted area enforcement or similar). Palm PR Operator freely decides which archive must be active.
