From 2009, UWS Libraries are cashless. Epay kiosks are available in the Libraries to add credit to your ID card using a debit card. By using debit cards you can transfer money from your bank accounts to UWS ID cards or casual cards. Q: My card has no funds available A: You have exhausted your credit and need to add value to your card using iPay, an online credit card payment service or alternately, transfer funds via an Epay kiosk using your Debit card.
