Who is running River City Darts?

Bill Webb was the brains & talent behind River City Darts. He was also the one who helped to get the GCDA started. He was one of the original Presidents of the GCDA during the formative years of the league. He wrote the Charter and helped with the writing of the original rules and bylaws. He also served on the council in many other various positions. He has proven his ability to set up & run a successful dart league. However, due to continuing health problems, Bill had to step down as Director of River City. In order to help the league continue to grow, Melanie Carlton (previous Scorekeeper/Webmaster for one of the other local leagues) and current Scorekeeper/Webmaster for River City stepped in and took up the slack.
