• We make every attempt to respond quickly to your inquiries and we are committed to maintaining a high level of service to our members. On average, we try to respond to the e-mails within one working day. You can facilitate the process by mentioning in your e-mail your KNOTs ID and the e-mail address with which you have registered yourself at the KNOTs Club.
