Whats hard about washing a window?
Because you’ve got the upper parts of the windows you have to make sure they’re clean or you’re going to pull lines down the window when you wash. There are different techniques that you learn while doing it throughout the years. What are some of those techniques? You know, tilt the squeegee to the right a little bit, tilt it up when you’re coming to the end, stuff like that. Only come down halfway, make sure you scrub it. A lot of stuff you just start to do by feel after doing it a while. It is addicting, though. Addicting? Why would you say that? Everybody that I’ve taught to do it, they’re like “Wow, this is a lot of fun!’ You know, the water comes off so easily and the squeegee works so well. . . . I personally enjoy the heck out of it, and I’ve been doing it forever. Is it kind of like a Zen thing? Yeah, it’s calming, it’s peaceful. A lot more than what doing high rises used to be.
