Cash not safe to send?
Same risk factor as a money order, only difference is you pay less with cash; no one looks for cash being sent through the mail, there is no proof of delivery unless you have me sign for it; either case the law will do nothing in most situations because of out of state, money order will show you, you paid for the item(s) but that’s about all it does, if money order is high amount you will be able to get part of it back if you have your receipt but it’s not worth the hassle to do all that is required and very long wait time
