There is no 8GB iPhone 4, they currently only stock 16GB and 32GB models. Best Buy is set to stock the iPhone 4 at the release date but there pre-orders currently offer no guarantee of getting your phone. currently the two models price at $199 for the 16GB and $299 for the 32GB. as for unlocking, Firmware 4.0 is unlockable on the other iDevices, but one cannot know if it definitely unlockable on the iPhone 4 until it releases in a few days. HOWEVER if you’re willing to pay the eBay or craigslist (or whatever) price, Apple is selling factory unlocked, meaning it can be used on any GSM carrier (T-mobile).
