What stats does Box use for playoffs?

0

Box uses the following weighting to run playoff games: -April, May, June, July each at 10% weighting -August 25% weighting -September 35% weighting To qualify to play for you in the playoffs, players must have appeared at least once in a real life game in the month of September (1 at bat or 1 plate appearance). How much they can play for you in the Box playoffs depends on how much they played throughout the year. We use a simple formula that takes the number of games played divided by the total number of games in a season. What this does is prevent some players who only played part time or appeared as pinch hitters/situational relievers to play every single Box playoff game for you.
