Are chiropractors regulated?

0

All chiropractors are registered by law under the Chiropractors Act 1994. The profession is regulated by the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) and it is illegal to practise as a chiropractor without being registered with the GCC. At The Parker Clinic all the chiropractors are registered with the GCC, they are also members of the British Chiropractic Association (BCA). The BCA only accepts chiropractors with a minimum four years full time degree and a professional qualification gained by a further year working in a supervised practice.
