How are assistants trained?
Assistants are trained in many ways. Some are entirely Montessori educated. Others have alternate education. Fountainhead offers staff development workshops for new employees. We also offer an accredited Montessori Training ProgramTeacher Training. This is an opportunity for assistants to learn about the Montessori philosophy and curriculum. Assistants are also trained by their individual head teachers, their site director, and our staff development director.
