They are a very unique breed, and need an experienced owner. Dogs are pack animals, and they should live inside with their families. If your mother does not want a dog, then it would be incredibly unfair to the DOG to even have it on your mom’s property. The dog WILL know that its presence is resented. You need to wait until you are old enough to move out of the house, and have an income that can support the costs of owning and caring for a dog.
