The term NSF stands for non-sufficient funds. This fee is assessed when item(s) attempting to post to your account exceed the available funds. Once the available funds are exceeding all posting transactions will receive an NSF fee. If your account is in good standing, Fox may pay NSF items as a courtesy instead of returning them to the payee. If courtesy pay is not available to you the item would be returned to the payee as NSF.
