Yes, you can forward your MIX e-mail to the following WVU domains, but not to outside accounts until you graduate: • mail.wvu.edu • hsc.wvu.edu • rcbhsc.wvu.edu This is to ensure that mail is delivered to students and faculty in a prompt and reliable manner. Some students had previously forwarded to outside accounts. WVU will no longer support that option. Faculty, of course, still have the choice to forward to their GroupWise accounts. Recent graduates will retain their MIX accounts for 6 months after graduation. If you are a recent graduate and wish to have your mail forwarded to an outside account, you will need to call the HelpDesk at 304-293-4444 to make this request. You will need to provide your birthdate, WVU ID, and graduation date so that we can confirm your information before setting the autoforwarding option. This option is only open to recent graduates.
