What is the Delegate Code?
The delegate code is the number that will be given to you thru email by the system (for credit card/BancNet ATM payment) or Ad Congress cashier (for cash/cheque payment) upon acceptance of your full payment. This number is unique to each delegate-applicant. You will need this for other transactions such as booking a hotel, airport transfer or vehicle parking. The delegate code will be embedded into the barcode bracelet and will be used to identify each and every delegate, and what he is entitled to. It will also be used in all of the activities and events within the congress (i.e. raffles) for identification purposes. The delegate code can only be used once to transact per type of service (Hotel, Other Services).
