Since the whole USA poker laws that have been going on lately, it has been quite difficult for players in the U.S to play poker online. While there are still plenty of options and some great poker rooms out there offering their room to USA players, there are even more that are not. The question often comes up about what the deal is and what the law is for U.S players. Unfortunately, there are not many people that could tell you exactly what the law in the United States is, when it comes to online poker. Even attorneys have a hard time figuring out exactly what is and what is not legal. Also, keep in mind that we are not qualified to tell you what is or what is not legal. From what we know however, we do have an opinion on the situation. There can be nothing found anywhere, of anyone that has gotten in any kind of trouble for playing poker online.
