You don’t have to be a chocolate lover to enjoy a piece of dark chocolate cake every once in awhile.
As any chocoholic will tell you just go for it. If your worried about the calories or fat, try a dusting of powdered sugar instead of the frosting, or just eat it plain. Anyway you serve this cake, you can’t go wrong. If you want to go all the way, frost with a dark chocolate frosting either store bought or homemade. If presentation is the key, try grating some chocolate on the top. You won’t be sorry you did, and neither will your guest.
