What was Oprah Like?
Oprah Winfrey was a wonderful and gracious host. People see her as a beautiful and intelligent person. I also see her as a truly kind and genuine soul. Allow me to share a personal anecdote. I was in one of the green rooms at Harpo Studios, packing up to leave for the airport after the show, when Oprah herself ran downstairs from her office in her pink warm-up suit, looking for me. “Daniel! Thank you!” she said. I was overwhelmed that a person of her stature, not to mention extremely busy schedule, would take the time to do that. It reaffirmed in my mind what I already knew: Oprah Winfrey is for real.
