Are program airline costs fixed?
Airlines reserve the right to impose fuel surcharges up until the time that ticket is fully paid for and issued. Passport rates for 2011 are confirmed but are subject to any such new airline-imposed fuel fees. In the past, we have been able to pre-issue tickets to avoid such fees, and we will of course, try to do so in the future, if we know that such a fee is about to be imposed.
