What is a Scout Room?
It is a part of the site where all Users (we call them Scouts) can review and rate Music, which determines whether or not an Artist is good enough to progress to the Showcase stage for funding. Every Scout is paid for each track they review. Artists will be automatically included in the 24/7 Scout Room as soon as they sign up and upload 3 tracks. Then at regular intervals we will create a Showcase containing the highest rated Artists on the site. In addition, we create other Scout Rooms from time to time based around genre or location which may also lead to Showcases. If an Artist is eligible they will automatically be included in these Scout Rooms.
