What is the status of PAT?
PAT is currently available to all APCs within the Citibank online application. To access PAT log into Citidirect, choose “Reporting” from the top menu. Then choose “Program Audit Tool You will be logged out of Citidirect and logged into PAT. PAT is currently in development for AO involvement in responding to transactions of interest. The AO will be required to respond to 3 questions on each transaction selected. The Level V APC will review the AO’s assessment of the transaction, as well as the monthly report card and monthly review questions. Level 3/4 APCs functionality will remain the same with their current dashboard. They will be able to drill down to the AO responses. The pilot for transactions going to the AO level will begin this summer. Tentative DON rollout scheduled for early FY07. (Also see 2006 APC Conference presentation for PAT).
