Why are some of my mailboxes greyed out?
There are two common causes for this: • Some clients will allow you to delete or move an email folder without deleting its sub mailboxes. You should use the BUCS contact form to request that this be fixed • There is a known issue with the email server that prevents it from displaying two folders with the same prefix, for example: INBOX ¿ Teaching INBOX ¿ Teaching Fellows In the case above, the email server reports the Teaching folder is not visible to the user.
