SOE students (undergraduate and graduate) must meet with their education advisor, complete application together, signing and submitting all documentation before registering for level II (300-level) education courses. The Level II packet consists of: an application; Professional Behaviors Policy; Felony Conviction Information Form; DHS (Department of Human Services) -Request for Central Registry Clearance; Felony Conviction Information Form; and Release of Information Form.
