ReliefPoint is web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and is hosted on secure, dedicated web servers at Rackspace®. SaaS is a proven software distribution method because of advances in data center security, networks and performance. ReliefPoint was designed to enable you to completely offload in-house IT resources so you can focus on improving disaster services. Instead of worrying about security, monitoring, ongoing maintenance, and data backups, simply leave that to us. Backups of the data generated from ReliefPoint are maintained at the San Diego Supercomputer Center.
