If your payment was declined but a payment marked ‘processing’ still appears on your credit card statement, then it means that your bank has accepted the payment even though it has been declined by Bouncy Bids. Unless you receive a payment confirmation e-mail, these funds will not be removed from your account, and will disappear off your statement within 2-4 business days.
