An ETO (Electronic Trade Opportunity) is an electronic offer or demand for a product or a service on world markets. Products are identified by the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System (Harmonized System or HS), introduced by the World Customs Organization (see below). To subscribe to the ETO system click on the Join Now button at the top right of the screen and register under the ETO membership option.
