Choosing a Technician ??
Ask where they have been Trained, a Proud Technician will have their Certificates on show, there is a lot of Cheap Salons / Technicians around due to the fact they have Bought a DVD and Products of Ebay with no Teacher Assisted Training at all, so will not have any insurance beware !! always ask what Products are being used you can then Look them up on the Internet and Check they are using Reputable Products.
