What information do REU students need to submit?
All REU students, regardless of whether they are currently Notre Dame students or non-Notre Dame students, must submit a statement of research to the Summer Session Office regarding: 1) What department they will be working with, 2) what specific professor, and 3) a concise statement of about the nature of their research work. If the student does not submit the statement of research to the Summer Session Office by June 15, 2011, then they will be removed from their REU registered course. Please note some departments submit this for their REU students. Check with your department to find out specific details.
