How do inmates get haircuts?
The inmate must submit a written request for a haircut to the bookkeeper. They will the be placed on the haircut list if they have enough funds. To qualify for an indigent haircut they must be here for 1 month and be under .69 cents for 2 weeks prior to first indigent haircut. Subsequent indigent haircuts may be requested once per month. State inmates requesting more that one haircut in a month will need to have money in their account to pay for the additional haircuts.
