What are Dr. Neals qualifications?
Dr. Toni Neal is a Board Certified Foot and Ankle Surgeon. She is certified by the American Conference of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS). In the State of Wisconsin, she is able to perform virtually any wound, foot or ankle procedure below the knee. She earned her medical degree from Des Moines University, formerly the University of Osteopathic Health and Medical Science (UOHMS). Dr. Neal has been in practice in Wisconsin since 2006 and prior to returning home to the Fox Valley, she worked with the Jerry Pettis Veterans Affairs (V.A) Center in Loma Linda, California for three years. Toni is also a graduate of UW-Oshkosh in Cellular Biology. As a Certified Wound Specialist she is trained in the latest techniques to treat and operate on complex diabetic wounds.
