Is EDR a student housing company?
EDR is a collegiate housing company with experience developing, acquiring, and owning property on- and off-campus in college and university communities across the nation. Recently, EDR has been focusing on a new “collegiate apartment community” market which is to create apartment communities within and around universities with a dedication to serving the housing needs of all the people in the college or university area. This includes graduate and staff housing. It is the intent of this project to appeal to a broad spectrum of residents, including the general public, young professionals, university faculty and staff, empty nesters, graduate students, and alumni. These are premium apartments (studios, 1 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms, and some 3 bedrooms), with private laundry, faux wood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and the latest technology.
