What is the CYSA refund policy?
Registration Refund Requests Refunds will be given provided the request is received in writing before the player is placed on a team. A refund will be allowed if a player informs CYSA in writing prior to the team’s first practice of the season that the player is moving out of the CYSA boundaries. Refunds will be for the registration fee paid for the player minus a $15 administrative fee. Refunds will not be given on the spring season registration fees if a player received a discount on the annual registration fee by paying for the fall and spring seasons during the fall registration session if the player drops for the spring season. Registration fees cannot be deferred to another season. Refunds for Release Fees Refunds for only the $12 NTSSA player fee of the total association release fee can be reimbursed by CYSA. A written refund request (letter or email) must be received by the registration deadline day of the season the release was issued.
