What is CQA?

0

CQA stands for Component Quality Analysis. StatLIA evaluates the integrity of the assay components (e.g., tracer, antibody, buffer, incubation conditions, standards, control specimens, etc.) by statistically evaluating the immunoassay parameters (e.g., baseline standard and standard responses, control specimen responses, minimum and maximum detectable concentrations, etc.). CQA refers to a process whereby all of the immunoassay parameters are statistically compared to their corresponding values from a stable set of reference assays. Components behaving differently from these validated reference assays are identified by the statistically flagged parameters.
