Who runs Delta Sigma Phi?
The Grand Council of Delta Sigma Phi National Fraternity. The Grand Council acts as the Fraternity’s Board of Directors and oversees the Strategic Plan of the National Fraternity. The Executive Director is hired by the Grand Council to act as the President/CEO of the Headquarters Staff and national fraternity system of chapters/colonies. The Executive Director hires the Headquarters staff and manages the daily operations of the National Fraternity. The Headquarters staff works closely with chapters and colonies to maintain the operations of the National organization. Chapter operations are run by the local chapters and alumni.
