What is SharpNEAT?

SharpNEAT is an implementation of NEAT written solely in C# (pronounced ‘see sharp’) and targeting the Microsoft dotNet Language runtime and class framework. Currently it consists of a library DLL and an executable/GUI front-end for easy starting and monitoring of experiments. There also exists seperate EXEs for viewing saved networks and for visualising the simulation of some of the experiments.
