This is one of many reasons why you may never be granted an o-line privilege. Many users hope to link their own server to Undernet and thus become an IRCop. Unfortunately it seems that most of the ones who are asking about how to link a server forget the difficulty in setting up a server, to get the required bandwidth and to get approval for the link application, not to mention the maintenance of the server.
