The Luther Rice Society, the oldest giving society at The George Washington University, serves alumni and friends who make leadership annual gifts of: • $250+ for alumni within 5 years of graduation • $500+ for alumni 6-9 years after graduation • $1,000+ for alumni 10+ years after graduation Collectively, contributions from Luther Rice Society members stimulate campus life, attract top-notch faculty, support cutting-edge research, enhance academic prestige, and increase student diversity. Luther Rice Society members make their gifts to a wide variety of university programs, including scholarships, their schools, the Gelman Library system, athletics, student organizations, and more.
