Essays: A preliminary selection of essay entries will be made by the Editorial Board of ELSA SPEL, ELSA’s online law review. The 20 shortlisted entries will be evaluated by the jury comprising ELSA and CoE representatives including those of the European Court of Human Rights. Photo reports: A preliminary selection of photo reports will be made by the Council of Europe’s Photo Unit. The 40 shortlisted photo reports will be evaluated by the jury comprising ELSA and CoE representatives.
