The archive company is another regular company in Dynamics GP using the same dynamics utilities. You can do anything in CDA you would do in any of your other companies. You can generate reports; use the inquiry windows, smart list, etc. just like in your live company. It allows you to select which modules to archive and their cutoff dates.
