What is a Weatherhead?
A weatherhead is a very important part of you overhead electrical service. It not only covers the service entrance pipe to keep water from running down the pipe into the electric meter, but also allows the wires to come out of its holder to give access to the utility company wires. Because of its unique design, rain and snow cannot get in. Installing a weatherhead is relatively simple if you can tighten a few screws and bend some service wires.
