Why did Tela acquire Blaze DFM?
Tela saw an opportunity to add to our portfolio of differentiated IP with Blazes patented gate length CD biasing technology that was generating revenue and had very good customer feedback. Blaze had also forged a very interesting and complimentary business arrangement with TSMC on their PowerTrimTM Service. The combination of technical and business synergy is attractive moving forward.
